In addition, Hargrave Ministries will not send you e-mails unless you have agreed to receive
them. If so, we will send emails periodically to announce new postings and upcoming events. If
you choose to supply your mailing address, we may send you mailings as well.

Hargrave Ministries will not request or store sensitive information from you, such as your social
security number. If you request, we will delete your personal information from our database
Hargrave Ministries does not sell, rent, or exchange personal information to any persons or
organizations. The identity of everyone who contacts us or donates to us through this website or
otherwise is kept confidential.

Children’s Online Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under age 13. We ask that
parents and guardians monitor their children’s access to our website to ensure that their privacy

Billing and Returns

We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. All
online orders and donations are processed through 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your credit
card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in US Dollars.

Due to IRS restrictions, we are unable in most cases to refund donations made to Hargrave
Ministries. All orders are nonrefundable, but damaged or defective products may be exchanged.

Account policy

Hargrave Ministries reserves the right to deactivate or remove any user accounts without notice
if the user has provided wrong information or has violated applicable internet policies or law.
